Who is it for?
The training is for adults and professionals working in roles as educators/ community workers/ youth workers/ charity workers/ teachers/ artists/ key workers/ health visitors/ family support workers/ YOS staff/ PAYP staff/ health and social workers/ PSHE/SRE specialists/ project managers/ workshop leaders/ theatre practitioners/ schools/ voluntary and community sector agencies/ housing support staff/ police/ SEN staff.

The training would be beneficial to anyone working within the community who is interested in developing their practice in participatory workshop delivery. Through drama and the arts this training will provide alternative techniques to conflict resolution and behaviour management with young people. By the end of the training you will have developed skills in effective questioning and active listening to bring about results using solution focused methods that can be applied to a variety of situations, working with young people in a group context and one to one.

Friday 14th August 9am - 5pm

Training designed and delivered by The Change Collective. Training takes places over one day and costs £125 per person.
