Hi - we are running a project in the UK at the moment called Sync which is looking at leadership development for disabled people and people with long term health conditions like HIV status/cancer etc (see the website www.syncleadership.com).
I'm interested from hearing from disabled people and non disabled people - do you think it makes a difference to leadership? If not, why are there so few disabled people in leadership positions who are happy to talk about their impairment (or why won't Gordon Brown talk about being visually impaired?)
