Culture is such a broad subject. From where I am seated culture defines who were are? To cut to the chasse. There is a homebrew culture that captures where your roots. This culture will be different from a culture that is flows from your neighbourhood. In my own assessment culture can be defined in many ways, and it changes from one setting to the next. This is why people would talk of foreign cultures. Basically, when they allude to foreign cultures they talk to cultures which are not familiar to them. For instance, in my own culture, we reverer elders, and you may not necessarily argue with them. However, within this present generation, youngsters, in as much as they respect authority, they don't mind to question. And, those in the known will tell you that they have been influenced by their peers, who are misleading them to embrace the 'street culture' I hope this will help you to navigate!
